Made with Hokkaido sweet corn and the domestic sweet potato “beni-azuma”, the natural sweetness makes for a tempting soup.

A luxurious soup blending the rich soup stock of Omar shrimp with the flavor of tomato and vegetables.

<Green vegetable and halite soup>
A vegetarian soup that combines the sweetness and richness of vegetables sautéed with olive oil, light kelp soup stock, and halite.

<Japanese-style soup with ginger>
A Japanese-style soup made with chicken, kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms is combined with vegetables and grains to create a soup that will warm your body with the nutritious flavor of the dashi and the flavor of ginger.
